Reservations are not confirmed until you make your payment. At this stage, we do not accept credit card numbers over the email. Please phone us or fax us your reservation form.
If you confirm your reservation (by payment), cancellations should be made atleast 48 hours in advance to the intended arrival date.
Where either number of adults or number of children exceed more than 5 in number, reservations should be arranged through the phone.
